Korsha D. Mitchell's career began in strategic communications - including crisis communication planning, media relations, and staff training at Girl Scouts Magic Empire Council - before moving into logistics, supply chain, and vendor operations, and eventually into full-scale change management and business transformation.
Today, as Customer Success in Global Supply Chain, Logistics & Vendor Operations at HIT Promotional Products, she drives stakeholder adoption of standardized workflows and systems change across a high-volume, multi-country production and financial operations network. As Principal Consultant at KDionne Strategy & Operations Advisory since 2019, she has led 150+ transformation, process improvement, and technology adoption initiatives across 80+ organizations representing more than $9.2B in combined revenue, with a 95% referral and repeat-client rate.
That combination - supply chain fluency, financial and operational systems experience, and communications discipline - is what she brings to every change initiative. Plans matter, but the operational and communication infrastructure underneath them is what actually makes a change stick.
She holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Oklahoma, earned concurrently as the university's inaugural dual-degree graduate, plus a Bachelor of Arts focused on human behavior, systems thinking, and communication. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is currently completing Prosci/ADKAR change management certification.
Her work is anchored by a simple line: people are the purpose, operations is the mechanism. Every process redesign, every rollout plan, every communication plan exists to make the work easier for the humans doing it - not the other way around.
